About the Chef

Danielle went to culinary school and began her culinary adventures working under a Michelin starred chef. After all the craziness of working in NYC kitchens and the pandemic she decided to open a food truck. RainBao is a food truck serving bao buns that are filled with genius flavors that are influenced by her southern roots. Oh yeah! We forgot to tell you, she's from Alabama, so she knows southern food.
